Acquisition Announcement

Today, we announce that Hreflang Builder has entered into a formal agreement to be acquired by Rank Watch and their sister company, Digital Web Solutions.

Hreflang Builder started as an internal solution within Back Azimuth Consulting to solve search engine result cannibalization, organic traffic misdirection, and shopping cart abandonment. It quickly evolved into the world’s leading automated hreflang and XML sitemap management solution for clients like ASICS, Ford, Huawei, HP, IBM, New Balance, and multiple brands at Reckitts.

Our clients have enjoyed a significant recapture of lost revenue recapture estimated at $100 million by leveraging Hreflang Builder. We thank our customers, partners, and agencies who have trusted us to enhance their global footprint.  My sincerest thanks to the development team led by Dmitrij Avendenij for his brilliance and innovation that enabled Hreflang Builder to overcome website infrastructure chaos to automatically generate hreflang XML sitemaps for 87 domain variations, multiple API feeds, and coding 40 methods of mapping alternate URLs.

From our first introduction meeting with Vaibhav and his team at Rank Watch, I knew this was the right decision.  His vision, dedication to client success, and belief in the Hreflang Builder solution reassured me our clients would be in great hands. His team’s technical ingenuity and AI skills will make Hreflang Builder exponentially better.  This is an opportunity to accelerate growth and innovation but most importantly offer unparalleled service and support to current and future customers and partners.

As one of the leading authorities on hreflang and international search, Bill Hunt will collaborate with the Hreflang Builder team to evangelize Hreflang and global expansion.
